Trash Pickup Schedule
Trash pickup at Bayview Townhouses is scheduled for Tuesdays. If the preceding Monday is a Federal holiday, trash pickup will be delayed and collected on Wednesday instead.

Please plan accordingly to ensure trash is placed out on the appropriate day.

New Years Day is on Thursday, January 1st, and WM will be closed. If your collection day falls on or after the holiday, you will experience a delay of one day. Please have your containers in place and prepared for pickup until they've been collected.
Second-Floor Deck Drain Maintenance
Keeping deck drains clear is important to help prevent water pooling and potential leaks into the unit below. A quick check now can help avoid unnecessary water damage during periods of heavier rainfall.

Important reminders:

Each deck has a designated cut-out area that provides access to the drain.

End units typically have two deck drains, while interior units typically have one drain.

Please do not lift, remove, or disturb the deck flooring when clearing drains. The decking sits above a rubber roof membrane, and lifting it may cause damage that could lead to leaks.
Snow Events
​Important Reminders:

When two (2) inches or more of snow is forecast, all non-garaged vehicles must be moved to Lawton Brook Lane to allow plow operators to properly clear garage entrances, driveways, and parking areas.

As soon as possible after the snow stops, vehicles must be moved off Lawton Brook Lane so the contractor can complete snow removal in that area.

Owners are also reminded to remove snow from second-floor decks to help prevent leaks. If you are unable to do so, arrangements can be made at the owner’s expense.
Wood Burning Fireplaces
Wood burning fireplaces should be cleaned and inspected approximately every two years by homeowners.
